There really isn't a short answer to this question. Some jobs can be produced in minutes and some may take weeks or months. The length of time it takes to make a sign can vary depending in the materials, usage and complexity. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your most stringent demands.
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online within 48 hours of your request.
Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
It may seem like a proof wouldn't be needed in this case but it really is. Output devices process digital information using a variety of processing languages. Your approval of the proof which we will provide assures that the output device used has correctly interpreted and processed the information you have provided.

The expected lifetime of a sign depends on whether you place the sign or graphic indoor or outdoor. We use sign materials for short-term applications and also provide materials for long-term projects. We also laminate all exterior signage to prolong the life of your signs. Whether your sign needs to withstand the elements in an outdoor setting or needs to be located indoor, our consultants will work with you to determine the best solution for your needs.
When selecting a font, it’s important to choose a one that’s legible and reflects your brand. The font or typeface refers to the letters or characters that make up the copy on the sign. Fonts are categorized by Serif, San Serif, Script and Specialty. Remember that some fonts are difficult to read. We can help you consider important factors such as visibility, readability, noticeability and legibility when choosing the font for your sign.
To provide a custom sign that meets your needs, it’s important that you provide the logo as a vector based file. You can save your logo as an .eps file for the highest quality reproduction. As long as your logo is vector artwork, it can also be provided as .eps, .ai or PDF file.
We can use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to define a color, or we can match color from a CMYK chart printed on the machine that will ultimately create your custom sign. Our team can print a test swatch to test the best match for your special color matching needs.

The longevity of an outdoor banner varies widely. After the vinyl and printing choice, the life of your banner depends on appropriate installation and on environmental conditions such as the weather, which usually range from extreme to moderate. Banners are most commonly intended for short-term applications. Our team will be able to provide you with the best options to fit your budget and communications needs. Keep in mind that while a banner is an excellent and time-tested promotional sign, it is not a substitute for permanent signs.

Wayfinding is the process of finding your way or navigating through a building, environment or space. Wayfinding is comprised of the steps you take to reach your destination, following the best route, recognizing your destination and finding your way back to the starting point using clear and logical signs, graphics and symbols.
Our screen printing process allows us to reproduce high quality artwork very accurately, using durable inks for long lasting outdoor exposure. Since the inks are opaque, we must separate the individual colors on multi-color signs. We mix our own inks & can match any PMS number or color sample provided.
Full color digital printing gives us the flexibility to produce attention grabbing signs  & displays from very small to very large at a reasonable cost, especially in lower quantities. Digital printing significantly reduces the production time, allowing us to meet short deadline requirements. The finished product is crisp, making it more suitable for shorter viewing distances.

    Made with maximum UV inhibitors for long lasting outdoor durability & colorfastness. Our high density polyethylene is available in the following gauges: .024, 030, .050, .070, .110 & .125. Common Uses: Posted Signs, Trail Signs, Special Event Signs
  • Aluminum
    Available in the following gauges: .012, .020, .032, .063 & .080. Our .012 gauge comes in infinite background colors & our .020 to .080 gauges come in a white baked enamel finish. Special colors available upon request. Common Uses: Posted Signs, Parking Signs, Facility/Site Signs, Warning Signs
  • Sintra
    (PVC) BOARD Ideal for the application of our digitally printed vinyl material for highly rigid & impact resistant signage. Lightweight, expanded polyvinyl chloride has a closed cell structure with a low gloss, satin finished surface. Common Uses: Interior Signage, POP Displays, Menu Boards
  • Corrugated Plastic
    Made from white, 4mm thick material. Corrugated plastic is lined with flutes that generally run vertically on the sign to allow sign stakes to be inserted into them. This material is very durable & works well for outdoor use. Common Uses: Yard Signs, Special Event Signs, Promotional Signs, Directional Signs, Temporary Site Signs
  • Large Format Banners
    Highly visible & durable for outdoor use. We offer full color, photo quality printing on long lasting 13 oz., 15 oz. or 18 oz.  banner material with a variety of finishing options. Common Uses: Banners on post system, fence, building, indoors, etc.
  • Self-Adhesive Vinyl
    Flexible & versatile material. Engineer grade reflective sheeting, nonreflective sheeting, permanent and removable bumper sticker material, inside mount window decals & perforated vinyl are available. Common Uses: Window & Wall Decals, Sold Stickers, Vehicle Graphics
  • Reflective Sheeting
    Available in 3M EGP Reflective, 3M 3200 Reflective, High Intensity Reflective & Diamond Grade Reflective. Common Uses: Traffic Signs, Trail Signs, Warning Signs
  • HDU (High Density Urethane)
    An ecofriendly material that does not absorb moisture. High humidity, rain, snow & ice are repelled so your sign will not warp or crack, and the paint lasts longer & stays brighter. Common Uses: Sandblasted Signs
  • Dibond
    Aluminum composite material composed of two prepainted sheets of .012 gauge aluminum bonded to a solid 3mm polyethylene core. This lightweight, durable material is ideal for outdoor applications. Common Uses: Construction Site Signs, Business Front Signs, Exhibit Displays, Site Signs
  • Alumalite
    A corrugated plastic core with aluminum on both sides to provide rigidity & durability. It will not swell or corrode from the inside, which makes it a perfect choice for outdoor applications. Common Uses: Outdoor Business/Site Signs, Construction Site Signs, Wall Mounted Signs, Score Boards
  • Polycarbonate
    A 3⁄16” extremely durable material that lasts 10 years plus outdoors & is highly impact resistant. Common Uses: Backlit Signs, Kiosk Signs
  • Magnetic
    Available in .020 gauge or .030 gauge with a white background & your choice of print colors. Common Uses: Vehicle Magnets, Business Cards, Floor Plan Boards, A-Frames, etc.
